Platform Administrators are responsible for adding projects to the platform for their division, department or team. Platform Administrators are granted access by the ARRAY Crew support team at the request of the studio. Only Platform Administrators can add projects.
Step 1: You will receive an email informing you that you've been assigned the platform administrator role for your studio.
Step 2: If this is your first time using ARRAY Crew, create a password to log in. If you already have an account, visit arraycrew.com enter your email address and password.
Note: If you do not have an account and have not received an invite, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3: Upon login, you will land on the Manage Projects page. Select the Add Project button on the right of the screen.
Step 4: Enter the required information and select save.
Step 5: The project manager you assigned will receive an invitation email, and your project will now appear on the Manage Projects page under the Projects I Manage tab.
Step 6: Both you and your assigned project manager have the ability to invite department heads and any other production personnel involved with hiring to the project. Select the appropriate project and click the TEAM tab to begin inviting other users.
Step 7: Fill out the requested information for the number of hiring personnel to be invited and click Send Invite.
You will repeat these steps for each project you add.
Note: The project manager is the production employee responsible for inviting all department heads and hiring personnel to the project's space on ARRAY Crew. Most often the project manager is a production employee at the production level such as the UPM, Line Producer, POC or APOC. If a project is in the early stages of pre-production or in development, it can be a studio executive or other studio employee. The person in this role will send invitations to department heads and any other crew members with hiring power on a project so that everyone who can hire has access to the database.
As the platform administrator, you also have the ability to invite department heads and other crew members involved with hiring on a project. It is important that you help ensure everyone involved has access to the database.
