Platform Administrators and Project Managers have access to invite a production’s hiring personnel to the ARRAY Crew database.
Step 1: Upon login to ARRAY Crew, you will land on the Manage Projects page.
Step 2: Click the appropriate project tab (Projects I Manage, Projects Shared With Me) and select the project to which you’d like to invite users.
Step 3: This will bring you to the dashboard for the selected project. Select the TEAM tab and click Invite Users.
Step 4: Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email of every team member needing access to the platform. To invite multiple team members at once, click Add Another Member to enter new contact information. Once all invitees’ information has been added, click Send Invite.
